Shipping And Delivery Policy
- All the products and shipping related issues will be settled within 36 hours.
- All orders placed after 05:00pm, will be shipped the next working day and the delivery procedure will be same as per timeline.
- Late weekend (i.e. on Saturday post 05:00pm) ordered products will be processed for dispatch on Monday or on next working day.
- Services will remain close on Sunday or on any other government holiday.
- Ordered products might be delayed on the months of festival as compare to normal delivery schedule due to various reasons like lack of stock or overburden of shipment.

- In case of delay in delivery due to incorrect shipping details, the customer will be fully responsible.
Other important points
- If the billing and shipping address are different then the basic information’s like name, address, landmark, contact no. etc. should be appropriate for easy delivery process.
- If during inspection / custom duty, charges are being incurred by the custom officers or border security officers of the destination country then the charges need to be paid by the customer only.
- If products are being damaged or lost during inspection then no refund will be done by the Design Time Pvt. Ltd.
- Design Time Pvt. Ltd. (Owner of Album Formula Software) is not responsible to pay any charge for the same.
- If ordered products are under subscription / registration model; once subscription starts and registration is done, then there will be no refund for any payment which is done.
Once the registration is done will be considered as the product is being sold, and in any term no refund will be granted.
- Ordered products and shipping related issues will be resolved within 36 hours of delivery only.
- A visual evidence of concerned is mandatory.
